What is the TotalCloud Partner Program?
The TotalCloud Partner Program was developed to support our partners who resell and refer TotalCloud Hosting and Cloud Enterprise App services. The program is created to generate value to our customers and provides generous commissions, support, sales and marketing tools and dedicated resources to help our partners support their customers and grow their business.
What are the benefits of joining the TotalCloud Partner Program?
The TotalCloud Partner Program is a 3-tier program designed to create lasting customer relationships. Benefits are commensurate with the level within the program. Benefits include commissions based on sales, recurring revenue based on renewals of customer subscriptions. Additionally, Partners receive commissions on any additional new sales after the customer’s original purchase. The program gives partners access to marketing tools and resources developed to help them sell to customers.
Are the commission rates different for recurring invoices or new product sales from existing customers?
If a customer buys one product originally and then later buys other products the partner receives the same commission rate as though they were a brand new client. Recurring invoices entitle partners to 30% of the original commission rates for as long as the customer stays with Servage TotalCloud.
What if I'm not interested in reselling TotalCloud solutions but just want to refer my customers?
Bronze tier members can simply register their referred customer and we will pay you a generous commission if they purchase services. This can be as easy as installing a TotalCloud Badge on your website or use our emailing templates and videos, any clients generated will be automatically tagged with your your reseller ID.
What is the process for joining the program?
To join the TotalCloud Program simply click on the Registration tab and submit your application. You can select your proposed level of partnership and quickly get started.
Once we have received your application you will be sent an email confirmation.
Depending on the level of partnership you are applying for you will either be called by a representative or you will get an email with your approval and the necessary marketing tools to begin your lucrative reselling path.
How do I get paid for referrals?
Referral commissions for Bronze, Silver, and Gold partners are paid on a quarterly basis for payments made by customers and are issued within 30 days after the close of each quarter.
Payments are made by wire transfer directly into your account.
How are the commissions determined?
Servage TotalCloud has seperated the product offerings into four categories: Products A, B, C, and D. Each Product Group allows a different commission amount according to the Partner’s level, Bronze, Silver or Gold, as laid out in the Partnership Benefit / Commitment Diagram. Servage TotalCloud reserves the right to change the category of each individual product with 30 days notice.
What are the product commission groups?
Each product on the servage.com site is categorized in to one of the four (A,B,C,D) categories. The correct category for each product is shown last in the product description.
How do I create partner links?
Just add ?r=<Your@email.com> to our URL's: eg. http://vps.servage.com/?r=partner@domain.com if you want to hide your email address you can base64 encode it.
